What payment methods do you accept?
We believe in going totally cashless! We only accept the following e-payments: > Stripe for local or international orders - Pay via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. > PayNow for local orders only. Make payment to UEN ID 53043718W NEW AGE KIDZ and enter Invoice/Order No. under Bill Reference No. > InvoiceNow for local Govt & school orders only with up to 30 days credit. E-invoice will be issued after delivery only to those who are Peppol ready and have a valid email with "gov.sg" or "edu.sg". > PayPal for local or international orders - E-invoice will be sent to your email for payment via PayPal/major credit cards before delivery.

When will I receive my order?
We are committed to processing your orders as soon as we receive them! Local Shipping: Order processing: Within 3 - 7 working days, subject to stock availability. Delivery: Mon to Sun 9am - 9pm. Self-pickup: City Hall, Esplanade or Promenade MRT Stations on Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm or Simei MRT Station on Weekends & Public Holidays 9am - 9pm. Date and time will be arranged separately.
International Shipping: Order processing & delivery : Within 10 - 20 working days, subject to stock availability and destination. Do confirm that your country does not have any import tax, prohibitions or restrictions as we will not be liable nor responsible for any delays or if the product is denied entry into your country.
What are your shipping rates?
We seek to be as cost effective as we can! Local Shipping Rates: FREE within Singapore (excluding restricted areas & off-shore islands) with min SGD100 & above! Order is subject to max size of L60 x W60 x H30 cm &/or 15kg. For orders below SGD100, a flat fee of SGD10 is charged regardless of the number of items but subject to the same max. Beyond this max, an additional shipping charge may apply. Alternatively, you can arrange for a FREE self-pickup at selected MRT stations. International Shipping Rates: All international orders will be shipped via Speedpost Priority or its equivalent. E-invoice including the international shipping charge will be sent to your email for payment via PayPal/major credit cards. Your order will be shipped out as soon as we receive your payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We are committed to have you as our happy customer! Returns: No worries! All products locally shipped are returnable for exchange if the products received are different from what has been ordered or if the products are faulty. Do email us within 5 working days upon receipt of products. Returned products can be exchanged for other products of the same value should the products be unavailable due to insufficient stock or product discontinuation. Please retain the products preferably in their original packaging & accompanied with the printed receipt.
Refunds: If you do change your mind & wish to cancel your order before delivery or self-pickup, we can arrange a refund with no questions asked! To cancel your order, do drop us an email or chat. However, note that if you have paid via Stripe, there may be a small amount charged by Stripe to reverse the payment. If you have paid for a product that unfortunately becomes unavailable due to insufficient stock or product discontinuation, you may choose to either accept a longer delivery lead time until the new stock arrives or in the case of product discontinuation, select another product of the same value. However, if you prefer to cancel your order, we will be happy to arrange a refund. To cancel your order, do drop us an email or chat.
